    This is how our aged Pecorino, with its crumbly texture, preserves the secrets of an ancient manufacturing and releases the full aroma and flavor of an authentic, traditional cheese. Its intense taste can complement both classic and more refined pairings.

    Try it, for example, with dried fruits, acacia or chestnut honey, or even with anchovies in oil, or simply with a glass of red wine.
