Made from the finest durum wheat semolina, sourced from Tuscan and Italian grains milled in the province of Florence, our pasta is crafted using bronze-die extrusion. This technique gives the pasta a rough texture, allowing it to perfectly absorb your favorite sauces. Every bite becomes an explosion of flavor.
