Import restrictions limit the arrival of certain cured meats from Italy to the United States, but we knew we could find a solution without ever compromising the quality of our products.

Our Prosciutto Toscano DOP will be imported directly from Italy. As for Finocchiona, Guanciale, and Salame Toscano, we’ve partnered with skilled Tuscan artisans who now live and work in the United States. Using premium Italian ingredients and pork raised in the USA, our local production ensures you can enjoy the true flavors of Tuscany.
