• A cheese which is as ancient as shepherding itself, as the history of the farmers who—perhaps without even daring to dream it—created a never-ending tradition.
  
  Pecorino Toscano has traveled a long journey, from its birth in the Etruscan era to receiving its well-deserved recognition as a gastronomic excellence: the Protected Designation of Origin (DOP). 
  
  Its soft, light-colored texture, as elegant and refined as its fresh milk aroma, pairs beautifully with the vibrant colors of a vegetable crudité platter, as well as with sauces or fruit chutneys. Try pairing it with your favorite seasonal fruits, as well as with dried fruits. For an unforgettable aperitivo, serve it with honey or olives.
