Our dream is to bring Tuscany to your table, sharing the authenticity of its finest delicacies. Some dreams come true like magic, while others require ingenuity and careful planning. Import restrictions limit the arrival of certain cured meats from Italy to the United States, but we knew we could find a solution without ever compromising the quality of our products.
Our Prosciutto Toscano DOP will be imported directly from Italy. As for Finocchiona, Guanciale, and Salame Toscano, we’ve partnered with skilled Tuscan artisans who now live and work in the United States. Using premium Italian ingredients and pork raised in the USA, our local production ensures you can enjoy the true flavors of Tuscany.
By overcoming import limitations, we preserve the authenticity, expertise, and excellence that define our salumi.
Whether it’s a DOP Prosciutto directly imported from Italy or a salume crafted with the same dedication here in the United States, our vision remains unchanged and follows us wherever we go: to share the very best of our land and our heritage, honoring tradition while embracing innovation.

TUSCAN DRY PASTA
Pasta is the heart of every laid table, just as wheat germ is the heart of the grain: a precious ingredient, rich in vitamins and protein, which unfortunately is often lost during the refining processes of industrial pasta factories.
The pasta we have selected for you is handcrafted and enriched with wheat germ, which gives it an unmistakable flavor. Genuine and fragrant, it tells a story of tradition, of families gathered around the mill ready for grinding, wrapped in the atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.
Made from the finest durum wheat semolina, sourced from Tuscan and Italian grains milled in the province of Florence, our pasta is crafted using bronze-die extrusion. This technique gives the pasta a rough texture, allowing it to perfectly absorb your favorite sauces. Every bite becomes an explosion of flavor.
The combination of tradition, passion, patience, and the best technologies gives rise to this pasta which is so delicious that it can be enjoyed even with just a drizzle of olive oil.
